amazon refund fix FR

I tried to refund (with never arrived) on amazon.fr but got into investigation and received CIS warning. Order total is 270eur and I will pay you 50eur if you can pull this off.

Do you need to cancel investigation? Also, did you do any refunds on your address already?

There is one refund on .fr already. And few more from other sites on the same account. I need to get refund, I don't care if it's being investigated or not.
