R* policy has not changed so if they completely innocent they should phone R* to complain and tell them about the post they made where they saying people that receive money wont get banned

Hey I have a question does the option for removing previous bans actually work in some menus? Because i've been banned once before and today I got another 10 day ban which was weird.

I agree with you in terms of cash drops and other things that cannot be denied by the receiver. However, when doing impromptu races using the new VIP method, they not only accept the race invites, but hire you as a bodyguard knowing you are cheating. This makes them just as guilty as if they did it themselves and R* seems to even be able to tell they accepted not only the race invite knowingly, but also hired a hacker as a bodyguard knowingly. So yea, I'm pretty sure unless it's something like cash drops that can be forced on a victim, R* will not care if they used mods themselves.

no you cant remove previous bans its bs to try make you buy there menu and getting 2 10 day bans is not weird it happens sometimes same as you can get 1 month ban for ur 1st ban

Yeah,i got 2 10 days ban and the third was one month lol wtf

If you're unlucky you could end up with a 15 yr ban rather than a perm ban, which i agree the difference is a mere technicality because the odds on GTA:O being around in 15 yrs is highly unlikely, so they may as well just have done a perm ban and done with it.

Oh i almost forget - R* absolutely denied that a 15 yr ban exists when i pursued the matter for unlucky victim, and miraculously - they denied the attached screenshots sent to them clearly stating the 15 yr ban was supplied or existed. Personally, i believe it was a system snafu that created that stupid ban time (especially given it occurred on the use of a clean installation used after the short ban expired - having witnessed it happen, he was online for all of 5 mins then *wham* kicked off with a 15 yr ban for doing his short ban and trying to play straight with a clean client).

All the denials, and the stupid nature of how the bans are applied and the seemingly almost random scope of how they seem to strike at times (outside of maintenance periods i mean) - it kinda makes you wonder how many persistent griefers who never get banned are up the collective a**ses of R* moderators because it often appears like a certain amount of bans are just 'playing the role' and being seen to ban - and if a few innocents get caught in the field of fire, R*'s people just close ranks and deny any flaw on the part of the ban/security system.

I'm not saying they can be nasty pieces of work, but when they see you won't let go - they even ban you from logging into your RSC account so you can't technically pursue a complaint (they did it to two of my accounts in the process of trying to help someone out). Mind you, it didn't stop me communicating with them to give them hell, after all - their support form is only merely one way to harass the harassers called R*. If they want to play dirty, they had better upgrade their 'dirty tricks 101' bible to something more 21st century.

you dont get banned for 15 years its 20 years or permanent

when the ban start happening some people get banned to 2270 or something but they changed it

its a 20 year ban not 15 and 20 year ban is perm ban as in 20 years time gta5 servers would of been closed down
