The top picture doesn't look good, try finding a clean pic 
The font size could be toned down, it looks way too big

Looks good but the quality of the image is a bit low =(
I just didn't like the background with effect of paper (?) And the colour of text in banner, looks to dark for me. (Maybe it's the luminosity of my pc xD)

Looks not bad, I like the color choice and fonts, but top picture really bugs me ...
