I think there's a little misunderstanding. Half the people seem to think he was talking to an Apple rep.

He was talking to an AMAZON rep, those dumbasses are known to say random shit.

Be rest assured, NOTHING will happen to your phone. An Amazon rep can't 'track' your phone, trust me.

I've experienced a lot regarding Amazon, and I can assure Amazon won't and CAN'T track your iPhone under any circumstances, that would techincally be illegal. They only track their own devices(kindles, phones, etc.). Good luck!

Thanks for the reinsurance, you guys made me feel alittle more relieved about this.. Is there anyone who could help me with a refund? I got a cis email saying my claim of a lost phone was false but it was nothing serious, im willing to pay like 10% +105$ worth of itunes cards

You ordered 2 iphones, what excuse did your refunder use exactly? he did this on chat or phone? Open up a scam report against him if he's not helping you?

Yes they try to lie & scare you, a buddy of mine came across a refund, and Amazon tried to threaten him saying they can look up police reports, because they are on a public domain.

A few days later, he chatted with a manager and he said Amazon can not "look up" police reports.......they would need the URL of the report. So the police reports should be private.

Call them, don't live chat. For apple refunds calling isway easier for real
