So i got a infraction point for asking for a free copy of a ebook. (Begging)

my mistake shouldve read the rules before asking for a copy.
But the question is what is a infraction point and what does it do?

Vouch Copies
Only those who meet the requirements can ask for a vouch copy. Asking for one without meeting the requirements will lead to an infraction and could be escalated to a ban if repeated.
