It is possible to be up in the next patch but not for sure.
Yeah they will do it sometime.
A lot of people demand it(the zombie mode)so z8 decided to make it up for english crossfire too.They are making some new weapons too.

i say like in easter are when they are going to leave it for china cf forever
The only people that can give you an accurate answer would be Z8Games, so your best bet would be to patiently wait or try sending them a message asking when will it come out
