The first photo that says "Dahl" is the only picture I can't find any dirt on. Although it seems to be a poorly shopped text (look at the spacing between the lines and the border), on top of a low-res picture.

The fourth photo, is just this photo, http://wallpaper.zone/thumb/21572.jpg, with a box and the word "PIE" plastered on it.
The fifth photo is the logo of the greysham greywolves http://greshamgreywolves.com/

So unless "MK45" is the creator of the mouse picture which someone else stole, created a template and had a person steal the photo for a 9gag profile picture, creator of the greysham greywolves' logo, and the creator of the ruby logo, is pretty safe to say this guy doesn't actually do GFX.
If he does match the criteria above, I'd be willing to rectract my statements and pay for any damages
