I'm having issues with Call of Duty Original purchased game on disk, but it seems like the torrent version works for some reason

Windows 10 is pretty darn good i must say. Way better than 8.1 just because of the start screen.

Windows 7 but you should future proof your computer so I would say Windows 10.

Yes and no.

Cos no directX 12 support (more games will adopt it in the future), better "security" - sure spying, it can be turned off - everything else is pretty much same.
