Colored Ranks

How can I add colorful ranks with out as3 Fabiano client source. Which I have but it's buggy as hell.

Or he could just make the glow effect toggleable in the sql? So like. Glowing.[rank] = true; I don't know if thats how the glow works, but eh, just a idea ^^
