IW Net does not equal trash. They're just trying to keep it legit. Ah well, Eeyaz, do the weapon unlock hacks still work? I used them a few mins ago. Wonder is they detect it or somewhat.

Oh well. Seems like something is up for my sake. Can't start the game now.
In the Games tab, I saw that MW2 was updating, so I waited until it was complete. Now it says "100% Ready". I click to start, and this opens:
however..a couple of seconds later, this opens:
and that's it. I can't start multiplayer at all now.

Really? I hate iw net
Nevermind my previous post. It seems like while I was trying to start the game, there was an ongoing update to the Steam client itself, which denied me starting the game. It works for me now! And here I was almost going to send a juicy hatemail to IW...
You can still send hatemail to IW, they've become so wrapped up in trying to beat us hackers down they've actually forgotten all about the game itself.. lol, now with every update they release more and more average players are crashing and glitching.
i had to "verify integrity of game files" to fix this issue
