If they enforce this list in all feature clients (and they will) we don't have a choice other than not playing on those servers.(talking about maybe a year in advance)
But by that time I think dynamic ip's will be used to connect to servers to avoid this blacklist. (maybe with some sort of server manager that grabs the current IP)

Players will be able to connect to servers using previous versions (until they change that). I'm pretty sure a server that makes thousands of dollars will not simply shut down everything, make changes that will cost and probably reduce their profits when there are simpler ways to recreate access to their server.
This won't change much for big servers.

If all of these servers do get blacklisted it'll be extremely bad for Microsoft, not Mojang. So I doubt this will actually continue to spread because if all the server who have pay to win features (90% of fucking servers do) this will mean the collapse of MineCraft mutliplayer. Only a few servers will be left and no real chance for newer servers to become big. So I completely doubt this will happen and that Mojang will go trough with it. I doubt Microsoft is down with spending such a huge amount of money into buying the game and for it to simply die.

What if there will be some sort of external launcher that grabs the current ip from the servers forum.com/iplist each time you start it up? All the user has to do is click on the button with the servers name. Just a thought of mine

A php script writes all that information on the image (and picks a random bg image) before showing it to you. :P

they could, question is if they want to go through the trouble of scanning all the forums, every day, to edit the list.
Offline would indeed be the most simple option though

why not do the things mc.leaks does for alts they let you log into other servers right from their server instead of players needing to change server ips to keep joining their server why not make a main server and each time put the new ip on that server and do the alt thing basically makes them join the server
