Downgrade level

Ok. So I used a savefile which made me a lvl 75. I now need to delete it somehow. Whenever I disable steam cloud sync and delete the save files and play Rocket League, my old files just appear. When I play offline though my save file is a lvl 1 if I delete the old ones. I tried the Cheat Engine method and it does not work so how do I fix it? Please help.

I can't find anyway to solve it. I have been trying and trying, nothing works now.
