I was coding something similar that allowed you to change spells for everyone, that was alot of fun =)

dude don't use the atteched file use the code , How ? :
create file like spells.lua in GarrysMod\garrysmod\lua\ , then paste that code there
when you done save that file and go gmod and connect to that server , when all that done open console and type lua_openscript_cl spells.lua , and done

I got kicked from the anticheat when trying to bypass, not sure how any of you accomplished this unless they had lua enabled or no anticheat in the past.
Maybe if you have a non cac detected bypass but I'm not sure best of luck.

No longer works, mostly because they no longer allow console var manipulation, people can bypass tho
