Model Editing

Me and someone else have already been looking up everything the converts to .x. Your not the first to think of it. Use google, he's your friend. Unless you made him angry by using Bing.

no i can convert .x to .lta.. and i got a .ltb to .x converter, and i have a program to make .lta to .ltb files. now what i need to know is what .ltb files can i convert to .x

if u pm me the program your using for LTA to LTB i will be able to help

casue as far as i know... LTB is a binary, like a compresed version of an LTA, so.. the LBT to .X converter uncompresses it...

so u found something that will compress it back?

.x is a directX file. I've used them before. I'm not sure how to convert one into a .ltb though.... .ltb is a game engine specific model file, Im not sure how it will work....

try searching for a Lithtech to DirectX convertor. or something...

EDIT: the .x file format is clearly documented http://local.wasp.uwa.edu.au/~pbourk...rmats/directx/ , but idk about the .ltb files... that's proprietary, I'll take a look at in a hex editor. I think LTB2X is a .net applications and should be pretty easy to reflect... idk. I'll take a look. If it looks to difficult screw it.

lolll funny thats funny men.... and dude why not try to use Extension Changer.... it changes any formmat to anyother format.... thats wat i use .. works on anything

an extension changer will fuck the model up

and a LTB is a compressed LTA, LTA is a binary model file
