ESP / Boxes hack Discussion

So the name tag / ESP hack with boxes w/e it's called thats out here as anyone noticed that if your hosting it makes all the players in the server have speed hacks ?? or is that just me im trying to figure out if im the only one getting this or not

I'm 95% sure that's not supposed to happen.
