You know you can toggle third person in private games if you have sv_cheats enabled. If this works on multiplayer then good job.

Take iObserverMode and write 1/2/whatever i forgot to it, or if you're internal, you could just set iObserverMode or hook OverrideView and do that.

This cheat isn't really meant to be really usefull, just created this in my spare time for fun. Working on a cheat with directX9 menu and loads of features, but not sure if I will release it or use it for private stuff.
