So if I am stuck in Bronze 2, and I want to get to Silver 1 (Let's say and use that for example) how much would it cost me ?

Bronze 2 - Bronze 1 = $6
Bronze 1 - Silver 5 = $6
Silver 5 - Silver 4 = $8
Silver 4 - Silver 3 = $8
Silver 3 - Silver 2 = $8
Silver 2 - Silver 1 = $8

So that's $44 assuming you have standard runes.
