Why doesnt my warrock wont start

Guys can you help me with this problem I have. I cant start warrock. So this is what I do ; I go to Start then type War Rock and this icon apperes so I right click on it then run as admin. The first screen comes and It workes fine so I press ok then this second screen comes and I cant press game start its shaded out the screen shot is on the attachment if you would like to see.
Ps I already played warrock on my coumpter it "used" to work fine but I uninstalled it cause I got boared then my friends started playing so I downloaded it again ( about 15 times *noy joking) and I wont let me press game start. I use Vista 32 bit
Pss I already did the properties--->compabilaty--->Windows XP (service pack2) thing so dont bother to tell me to do that. Thanks for reading my post and hope you can help me.

I have no idea what your problem is. But it is your problem. You did something wrong.
