I dont think WH or Aimbots will be a thing.
I´d prefer a more safer Triggerbot etc.

Bossland (team buddy) just released their esp, without injection.
Gave it a try, was hard to set up but working fine.

The biggest issue that seems to hinder a lot of people is Blizzard's Warden system, but it's almost exactly like PB.
Blizzard already knows about it since Reddit is going somewhat crazy over it.
The biggest issue for me is it doesn't seem worth it, at least right now. The price tag is just too high for risking it, and Warden seems like something you wouldn't want to mess with.

It's not worthed to cheat on Overwatch as you will get permanently banned. And still, it's 40$.
You get hardware banned in Overwatch. So even if you buy second game, you get banned on it too, so you wasted 80 dollars.
