Report post bug.

There seems to be a bug when you don't have permission to post links you cannot report a post. It will keep telling you that you aren't allowed to post links even though it only contains text.

No. IM pretty sure you also need a amount of posts to Report posts/threads.
Because then you could make Tons of accs and Report anything

This sounds just about right. However I also tend to get a database error upon reporting a post. so there's defenitly something off

You need 10+ posts. After you reach this, you will need to wait for the vBulletin system to automatically run its hourly query update to set your usergroup to Member Level 1 which will give you the permissions.

A way to bypass this is to donate to MPGH ($25 USD), granting you with the Premium usergroup, extra permissions such as unlimited profile changes, and the ability to post links, report posts etc that you couldn't when you were unranked
