if one option in hack is detected all cheat is detected?

When a hack becomes detected, it's the whole hack, not just a single option in a hack.

Depends on how you interpret it. The binary is detected, which means you can't just turn your aimbot off and hack again.
However, i'm 99,99% certain that valve doesn't sig the entire binary, which means that you could reuse parts of it.
