Private Refunder

It would be nice and maybe even more efficient if these refunders would set up a system/process to make things easier for themselves.

You could always learn how to SE and then outsource to someone...

I honestly don't think that will help with the amount of people they have and the thing is people have other stuff to do in life then just get every refund done all so quickly. With the amount of people these refunders have you got to think how tough it is for them and the process it does take to get one refund done. There really isn't any system/process our there to make it easily when the refunders has to do all the work by hand pretty much to get the refund done. They are not robots that's can be up 24 hours a day doing refunds for everyone. So there really isn't any way to do it. They just have to get it to when they can. They can't respond to like 20 people at a time. That's very hard to do. People just need to wait till they can get to them. If they can't do it in the time your wanting then there is other refunders out there that maybe can help get it done in time. It won't hurt waiting till they get too you. Even if it's a day or two later. He'll others have refunded stuff from 6 months ago before off cracked accounts. So, it doesn't hurt to wait until they can get to you. People just don't understand that and how hard it is and the time it takes to do just one.

There is a way to automate some of the tedious stuff and lessen the amount of questions that are being repeated.

If I was offering a refund service I would create a website and list the criteria of what I can do, which sites, amount, etc
Post up recent announcement of changes since shit is always changing (on front page for all tof see)
Have a FAQ section to answer all typical questions to lessen the amount of repeated questions.
Have question if x item can be refunded? Well fill out this form/questionnaire and hit submit then you will receive a reply back of whether it's accepted or rejected. Fill out order form when u are ready and get auto reply confirmation that your order has been received and expected delivery day is on x day.
You won't even have to log into skype and answer 101 questions
Have a schedule of how many spots open on X day, you can set the number of work to accept on any given day, visitors can choose their desire day or see that you are booked and move on to other less organize refunder.

Sure you can try to do everything on your thread or Skype but it's not efficient for this type of work.

Yes, some of these things can be set up to be more organized for an easier work flow with less confusion and more user friendly.
