It's overall a great piece but the little orange flying lights dont mix really well with the blue background on top left and bottom right. U might consider adding more orange to those parts or darkening the piece from the border to the center, sorta like a vignette. I like to put text on my pieces but that's an optional.
Maybe a 8/10 overall.

I agree with the post above but the orange adds a little bit of dynamics to it the only thing that stuck out to me was the neck I don't know what's going on there but it's off putting in a way. Overall I'd say it's a good piece though.
