Ranked server XP modification

If I were to buy hosting for a ranked server would I be able to use scr_tdm_score_kill 9999999 as a console command to level up really fast on steam?

Would like to know if it's possible before doing it

BTW aviate, there was XP servers like 5-6 years ago on bo1 pc but they patched that, so 3arc probably blocked that command and it is not possible anymore
there was video on YT about that but it was taken down i think
