The #1 Way To Get More Wins & No Overwatch Ban
A lot of players who do cheat probably know this, but quite a few of those players don't take in account this method, and they usually tell themselves they hide the hacks pretty well, so they don't bother trying it which leads into VAC/OW Bans. This method is the best method to get you the wins without getting an Overwatch Ban. (NOTE: Be prepared to spend some time away from CS:GO in some situations.)
So as of now Overwatch doesn't have voice enabled during the demos and as I see it won't ever have this feature. Reason being is the fact that Valve tries to keep the players within the Overwatch Demos anonymous and if there was voice enabled players could/would say the person's name eliminating the use of hiding the names in demos. Since this is true the best way to stray away from an Overwatch Ban is to instead of using walls, aim, bhops, etc.. While you're alive; use your walls while you're dead to give call-outs to your teammates who are alive. This method will make you 100% prone from Overwatch Bans in all cases. Now do note this method doesn't prevent you from getting a VAC Ban, since free hacks do get outdated, even with private hacks its an issue.
