Trainers situation

Hey guys. I used to play with trainers 6-7 months ago and gave to myself a lot of money. But I didn't get ban. Now I have no money left and I want to use trainers again. Is it safe? Or will I get permanent ban ?

I think it's the same system where it's 7days, then a month, etc.

yes it be 10 days 1 month and then permanent but some people have unlucky times where they get only 2 chances not 3
