I guess in any situation it would be easy to refund all of it. Since you mentioned being blacklisted I'm going to assume whether it's all on one account or across multiple that it's to one address and so my answer is: no. You won't get blacklisted as long as you don't get into an investigations but those order totals aren't high enough to arouse suspicion (as long as you are experienced... if not use a professional refunder) to instantiate an investigation.
