COD4 Crashing Problems

So basically last time i've had it it all worked fine, i'm talking about Simplex Hack, Now when I reinstalled my windows every time i inject it all works good, when I join the server it crashes(any server).

Please help me.

does anyone know any cod4 single player modifications ?

Fixed it for myself, Just uninstall cod4x or whatever is it called, and don't play on servers that require it.
