Seraph Client Setup :(

I know how to properly setup the server, i have that all good, but the client... i have no .swf and i know its as3 but i havent setup a as3 client before.. i tried following the tutorial but, i dont know how to "extract flex_sdk_4.6". I have the .rar file sitting on my desktop, and have no clue what to do with it. i also do not know how to change the IP inside of intelji, is it in paramaters? I have not gotten the sdk to work still..

edit: whenever i rebuild my server solution and launch server.exe its fine, but wserver crashs. no clue why
