This is probably old news for some of you, but ever since I saw it, I've been shocked ever since.
People always talk about cancer, heart disease, terrorism, and other still very horrible things... but the reality is that you are probably the biggest threat to yourself. Why?
Suicide is the biggest killer of men under the age of 50
That's just insanely saddening. And I don't think many people realise it. I'm not forgetting women, but the case seems to be much worse for men.
What shocks me more is that I still see people encouraging others to kill themselves online... not trying to be a white knight but jesus I thought better of humanity
Anyway, my friendly reminder is to take care of yourselves. Don't get stuck in a rut, and seek help when you need it
