Step 1: Turn off your antivirus, open the game if the error code "0xe019101a". no longer appear. It is because the antivirus detects something. It is a false positive.!

As Jabberwock said, use "CCleaner," be sure to also scan for registry issues. Press Windows Key and R at the same time, and type in 'prefetch' without quote marks, and delete everything in there. Restart your computer and you should be good to go.
