If you want it for games and don't need the portability, definitely go with a desktop.

Just cop the desktop look at the sacrifice you're making with the lappy

Laptops aren't meant to be played games on really, more for work or school.

Pickup a Desktop

Get an Alienware. Search eBay "i5 Cheap Laptop" and you will find something useful and cheap.

Why don't you build it yourself. You save yourself a pretty penny (very pretty one).

What's your budget? Do need the mobility of a laptop? What peripherals do you already have for PC? What do you do with your device? (Videoediting? AAA games?)
