Why is GTA 5 Visual Tunable Editor V 1.7 outdated?
Many people have been using it lately and i haven't seen anyone mention it being detected. Has it been detected or what because i used it today and dont want to get banned.

It's probably because some of the tunables doesn't work anymore, and it was really old, to be honest, and didn't recieve any updates, so I guess it was outdated?
Saying that though, a lot of people still use it
