I want to close this account for the following reason :
I was not receiving confirmation email so I created a new one (mpmoi) and now need to change the mail linked to my main account to my main email (used my this one)
Is there any way to close this account to let me use my mail (moreover I have no longer use of this account)

Afraid not, since an email needs to be tied to an account, even if banned. Why not just create a new email for either this one or your main?
