You have to follow the exact steps, In the description on why you want the refund.I have a template that if you follow, You get the refund in 12-30 so hours, But some people like to go beyond and make their own description, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't

The reason it wasn't lower is that the price is literally $1 which can refund much more in value of payments.
