doh error need help

I have done the global settings thing and then trusted the clients, nothing is working . I need help and im about ready to give up

If you dont know how to use a SWF, change to an exe. Using a swf to exe converter.

Just tried that, when i downloaded the new exe it opened up a adobe flash player 10 and had a black screen. I have tried everything and am very frustrated.
