ugh need help

well I am almost 100% sure i just got my account hacked/stolen no I've never lended my pass out no i haven't downloaded a backdoor key logger I am not that stupid and it seems like my kills and deaths keep going up each day and I am not on the offical ban list any tips on getting my acc. back?
