Anyone else get a second chance?

I got my third, final ban with the new update and got unbanned with the one right after. It was my legit third ban so I dodged a bullet there.

There is no new chance. They have not detected that you actually cheated. Their update to their cheat detection system had its sensitivity overtuned, so it triggered from legit programs running on your system. This happened to quite many people already, even myself despite that ban being fully legit as well.

My account was audited, and my $400M illegitimate bank holdings were still intact afterwards.
