Just use MD5 Check fix to fix it .

Well, it's been detected even you change MD5 binary. Fortunately, you won't get banned if that message pop-up. Perhaps. :P

why this hack will lag ?

You MUST apply MD5 in the generic Injector and in the DLL, follow the video tutorial.
IN BOTH FILES.
