Posting my Mod/ Tapper

Hey guy,

I made an amazing tapper and 2 amazing mods.. but Ican't post.

There is no "Manage Attachment" button at the bottom of my screen..

Can someone tell me how to post a file?

When you make a thread, it should have manage attachments at the bottom.
Its a button you can click.

It doesnt say that... but by Posting rules it says:

You may post new threads
You may post replies
You may not post attachments <<<<---------
You may not edit your posts
