Steam Support is terrible.

So my steam account is associated with an old email that I used and I can't get into my account because of the Guard on it where it emails you a code. I go into the email and put in the right information and it's a yahoo security thing now that sends you a text of a code to get into your email, I don't have the same phone number anymore so I can't get into my email, and steam support takes fucking forever to reply and hasn't gotten back to me and it's been 3 weeks, my account is worth like $9k

What should I do?

Wait for them to answer I guess. You know you're not the only one asking for support on their site , there is millions of people like you.

Back to the thread i don't think there much you can do sometimes they take too much time to answer soi don't think you can do anything....maybe post your problem in the steam furoms :O

U have to spam the support ticket or they wont respond. trust me spam it atleast 4 times
