Just wondering which is the best btc wallet app/webpage out there?

also any good paypal to btc convert rates?

I use blockchain. You can google the best sites, but after my research I think blockchain is the most reliable one. I would pay 10% for paypal to btc.

I Use coinbase. Also Circle is a good one, or Blockchain!
