Amazon Refund Question

Hey guys!

I'm thinking about doing a refund on some PowerBeats 2 Wireless off of Amazon(shipped and sold from them) for $149. This account is my main one and have been a member for 4+ years. My last refund was about $200 and it was months ago. And in between then and now I have accumulated of $600 of legitimate purchases. My last method I used was actually returning the package with another item inside. What do you guys recommend I should do this time(methods, strategies, will this work....etc.) I always call on phone by the way.

It should be pretty easy considering your account status. You can either say it never arrived at your house or there was nothing in the box. If you signed for the package, you would have to say there was nothing in the box.

If you didn't sign just call them up and say the shipping says that it arrived at your house (as long as it does say that) and you haven't actually got it. They will ask you to ask your family and neighbors and just follow up their troubleshooting.

If you did sign just say when you got delivered the box it felt lighter than usual. then say there was no damage to the box or tape or anything but there was nothing inside. there are a few guides on mpgh here that you can look over for help
