HelpAm I safe?

I've got airstuck using tickcount = intmax with check for in_attack, in_attack2 and reload. Will I get untrusted using this? I saw threads like that already but always there were people that said its not safe. Can someone confirm state of this?

I would test this but im not rich enough for testing it again and again.
