Subscription Email Notification

I have checked numerous times under my active subscriptions and I definitely do not have ANY subscription there. Yet, I keep on receiving email notifications for a thread and clicking on the link at the bottom to unsubscribe comes with an error of invalid forumid.

I even added the thread as a subscription and changed notification into Control Panel only and still received the emails.

Any chance on fixing this?
