The only real way to never get VAC banned is to not cheat.

There is ways to lower your chance of getting VAC banned.

Some of the simpler ways is to use Extreme Injector and scramble a dll, etc. I'm not sure if this helps at all, but I heard it does.

You could try to find the source to a cheat and add junk code.

The best way to stay away from vac is to learn basic c++ and start making a private cheat.
