[Help]Executing Rcon Commands - CoD4

Does any1 know how to execute rcon commands in visual basic for cod4?

For example, you have a command window...

Server connection might work with tcp?

If you now enter - /rcon map mp_creek it should change your map to creek...

All should work within this program, it's like executing them ingame

I have no clue how to do that ^.-.

Any ideas?
