So I have been a prime member on amazon for 8 years
my last refund was 31 days ago and it was foe $200,
I have ordered 11 things since then totaling $400
how much longer should I wait to do a refund? Thanks.

Go now like 2-3 normal orders then 1 refund then again 3-4 normal order and refund and you should be okay
