Rep power?

Okay, I got about every aspect of MPGH, but what's rep power?

I mean, I have 38 rep points, but how do I get more rep power?
And what does rep power do?

I think the more rep u give the higher the rep power, idk if im right do.
U get rep from others by doing good deeds

But the better question is how do the admins get a higher rep if nobody has a higher rep than them >.>

the way you earn a reputation power is by having certain amounts of post, giving a reputation (and I think its receiving reputation too), not sure if giving someone thanks or you receiving one will adjust your rep power by one

Reputation power is based on your number of posts, reputation, and join date (not 100% sure on the last one). Not sure if special groups (staff positions) add to it. And your reputation power is how much reputation you give someone when you give them reputation. You get reputation when someone presses that sheriff's badge looking thing on the bottom left of your post and press "add to reputation".

I thought your rep power was how much rep you got /(devide) 10 or something :| I got 60 and I got 6 rep power

EDIT: I JUST CHECKED MY REP IT WAS -10 FROM THE OTHER WEEK!!!!!
