/Spawn Command

I'm using Skilly's Source, and I attempted to remove the thing that says you can only spawn at Spawning Arena at Nexus. Sadly, I don't know a thing about code, and I ended up erasing too much or too little (can't tell). What I need help with is finding the ORIGINAL /spawn command from FSOD, so that I can replace my broken /spawn command with that. Thanks for reading.

I can help you easy go to github download of fabianos swagger of doom
and search for admincommands once you find it take the spawn command switch it out for skillys spawn command

You dont understand what he's saying
he cant spawn ANYWHERE but spawning arena in nexus
should be world.cs???
